My name is Chloe.
I’m 20 years old.
I study at the University of Reading currently.
My main interests are Graphic Design (my degree subject naturally), Cheerleading, Films, Reading and Food (obviously).

Someone mentioned the 5:2 diet to me at a gym my mum works at and it interested me as soon as I heard of it. As I’m one of them people that once I get my heart set on something I get quite obsessive over it, I watched the documentary and read all the info and thought it would be worth a shot.

I’m aiming to do the diet for a maximum of 6 months depending on my success with weight loss and then changing to 6:1 once I am satisfied with weight, so it’s going to be a lifestyle change for a long time I hope!
